1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and kaya100 ("kaya100", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kaya100.co ("Platform").

1.2 By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety; (b) you agree to be legally bound by them; (c) you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you accept that these Terms may be updated from time to time in accordance with Section 12.

1.3 These Terms apply in conjunction with any specific rules applicable to individual products, games, promotions, or services available on the Platform, including but not limited to Sportsbook Betting Rules, Casino Game Rules, and individual Promotion Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product only.

1.4 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version shall be the authoritative and binding version.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an account on the kaya100 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. kaya100 reserves the right to conduct age verification checks at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where the age requirement is not met. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be void and may be forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the kaya100 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. kaya100 makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

2.3 Registration Requirements. To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address and mobile number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

2.4 KYC Verification. kaya100 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Identity verification ("KYC") requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian NRIC or international passport), and may require supporting documentation such as proof of address or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.

2.5 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active kaya100 account. Registering multiple accounts for any reason — including attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, claim duplicate bonuses, or circumvent account restrictions — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kaya100 login credentials. You must not share your password, one-time passwords (OTP), or any other account authentication information with any third party. kaya100 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify kaya100 support immediately via the Platform's live chat function.

3.3 Account Inactivity. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. kaya100 may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts or close them following a minimum 30-day advance notification to the registered email address.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your kaya100 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with these Terms, and any positive account balance will be processed for withdrawal via your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kaya100 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and other methods as published on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per method are published in the Platform's banking section and may be updated without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via instant payment methods (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX) are typically credited to your kaya100 account balance within 10 seconds of confirmed payment. kaya100 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network disruptions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes on average, subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) absence of outstanding bonus wagering requirements on the relevant balance; and (c) completion of any applicable security review. kaya100 reserves the right to extend the processing timeframe for withdrawal requests that require enhanced due diligence.

4.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. kaya100 applies a same-method withdrawal policy — winnings are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. kaya100 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a different method.

4.6 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from third parties, is prohibited. kaya100 reserves the right to void transactions and suspend accounts where third-party funding is suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. kaya100 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published with each individual promotion. Where the specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms in relation to that promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived balances can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on real-money bets only; bets placed with bonus funds count toward wagering in accordance with the game contribution schedule.

5.3 Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward bonus wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%. Live casino and table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute a lower percentage as specified in individual promotion terms. Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. kaya100 reserves the right to void bonus awards and any resulting winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting mathematical certainties, coordinated wagering with other players, registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, and wagering patterns inconsistent with legitimate recreational play.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire after the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Bets. All bets placed via the kaya100 Sportsbook are subject to the Sportsbook Betting Rules published on the Platform. These rules govern bet acceptance, odds changes, event cancellations, void bets, partial settlements, and all other circumstances relevant to sports wagering.

6.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. kaya100 reserves the right to void bets that were accepted due to technical errors, palpably incorrect odds, or system malfunctions.

6.3 Maximum Payouts. Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player per day as published in the Sportsbook Rules. kaya100 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts for any player or market at its discretion.

6.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional rules regarding bet acceptance timing, suspended markets, and settlement. Due to the nature of live events, in-play odds may be suspended and bets delayed or declined at any time.

7. Casino Games

7.1 Game Rules. Each casino game available on the kaya100 Casino platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

7.2 Game Integrity. All games on the kaya100 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or live physical equipment operated in licensed studios. kaya100 sources games exclusively from providers whose RNGs are independently tested and certified by accredited gaming testing laboratories. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by kaya100, the game provider, or the player.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a game round, kaya100 will make reasonable efforts to reinstate the game to its pre-error state. If reinstatement is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. Malfunctions void all pays and plays in accordance with standard gaming industry practice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of the kaya100 Platform:

• Provide false or misleading registration information or impersonate any other person;
• Register or operate more than one account on the Platform;
• Use any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform without kaya100's express written consent;
• Exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or the Platform for financial gain;
• Engage in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed;
• Use funds derived from illegal activity to deposit on the Platform;
• Conduct, attempt, or facilitate any form of money laundering through the Platform;
• Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any self-exclusion restriction imposed on any kaya100 account;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

8.2 Breach of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kaya100 reserves the right, without limitation, to immediately suspend or permanently close your account, void all bets and casino activity conducted in breach of these Terms, retain account balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the kaya100 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of kaya100 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without kaya100's prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 kaya100's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10.2 kaya100 is committed to protecting your personal data and implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the risk presented by the data processed. Player account data and financial information are protected using 256-bit SSL encryption.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The kaya100 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kaya100 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or absence of harmful components.

11.2 kaya100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, game results, account suspension, payment processing delays, or third-party service failures.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by kaya100's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

11.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit on the Platform. kaya100 does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or profit from gambling activity. Participation in gambling activities on the Platform is voluntary and at your own risk.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 kaya100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory obligation.

12.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 3.4.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulatory frameworks and the laws of the jurisdiction in which kaya100 is licensed to operate.

13.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result, or account matter, you must submit a formal complaint to kaya100 via the Platform's official support channel within 30 days of the relevant event. kaya100 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 business days.

13.3 kaya100's decision on any dispute, made in accordance with these Terms and applicable game rules, shall be final and binding, subject to any overriding regulatory obligation.
